Poor Customer Service

Order my cup almost 3 weeks ago, delivery time was 2-4 days. Never received tracking information that works after it showed it was shipped. It just shows unavailable. Attempted to contact the company regarding and never heard but, still have not received item.

I simply love it how ever, the top shouldnt be in a fragile material. I would have love a cork lid that fits perfectly. Im always scared of braking it when i go out of the house with the mug. But other than that the look,the style of the mug is really nice!
