Feels cheap, VIVA does not honor their return policy

I got these and decided they felt too cheap to give as a gift. When I went to return them, VIVA told me to fill out a form but then never actually sent me a form. I followed up asking for it and received no response. Now I’m having to dispute the charge with my credit card company. What a headache!

it is great product but break easy if you are not careful.

I do love this VIVA double wall mag but i found it is crack easy on top of the glass even careful handling. (I had to replace twice in last 6 months.) I always handling carefully and hand wash and dry with towel. I wish it is not easy to crack the glass.

Beautiful design and high quality mug

I absolutely love this mug. The double wall insulates it so it both stays warm longer and isn't hot to the touch. The handle is the perfect size. The glass is light but high quality and durable. The tea filter and bamboo lid are so elegantly designed, and I love that there is no plastic. It's all very beautiful and functional!
