Very disappointing. I emailed straight after opeing, within the hour, with photos. No response to my request to replace or refund. Won't be shopping here again unless I get a satisfactory response.

I'm satisfied with the look and quality of the teapot and the tea cups. The purchase and delivery experiences are also fluent. I just haven't mastered the skill of avoiding the one drop of water from the sprout after pouring. I'm interested in trying out other styles of teapots and cups of Viva Scandinavia.

Excellent middle between Classic & Minimalistic design.
The colour is a calm deep forest, or marine algae green, that is a relaxation to my interior. Awesome how the colour matches a variety of teas. Also the porcelain material and the size of the pot are just right.

This teapot is well constructed and serves it's purpose of brewing tea.
